Dr Kumar Neeraj Jha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Delhi. He started his career with Larsen and Toubro Limited as graduate engineer trainee and subsequently held a number of responsible positions in the same company. He has been involved with a number of construction projects in different capacities and specializes in project management and formwork. He also taught at IIT Kanpur for a brief period. He has published in a number of international and national journals and has presented research papers in number of international conferences. He teaches undergraduate and graduate students in the area of construction technology and management. He has conducted a number of training programmes for academicians and practitioners in the area of project management and has also been involved with a number of consultancy projects. His research interests include project success factors, organization success factors, project risks, and construction safety.
