A.M. Neville is a Civil Engineering Consultant and Vice-President of the Royal Academy of Engineering. He was formerly Principal and Vice Chancellor of the University of Dundee. J.J. Brooks is Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering Materials at the University of Leeds.
