Ravi Kalakota is the Xerox Assistant Professor of Information Systement in The William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. His recent research interests are in the areas of support structures of online banking and financial services, designing customer asset management systems, and Intranet-based supply-chain management.
