E H J Pallett, T Eng(CEI), AMRAeS, FSLAET, is a surveyor with the airworthiness division of the UK civil Aviation Authority and has associated responsibility for the technical examination of licensed aircraft engineers concerned with instrument, electrical and automatic flight control systems, and responsibility for the recognition and approval of schools which provide for the training of maintenance engineers.
