P.R.N. Sinha is former University Professor and Head, Department of Labour and Social Welfare and Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, Patna University. He is also a Visiting Professor of Management (AICTE). He has taught industrial relations, labour legislation, labour economics, and social security to post-graduate students and guided doctoral and other research projects. Dr. Sinha has authored a number of books, in English and Hindi. These include Wage Determination, Workers' Participation in Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Legislation, Labour and Social Welfare, Labour Economics, Industrial Relations and Collective Bargaining, and Social Welfare. He is the founder director of diploma courses in Rural Management and Industrial Safety Management, Patna University.
