DeCenzo earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Maryland College Park and a master's degree and Ph.D. from West Virginia University. Dr. DeCenzo and his wife Terri have four children.Henry Moon is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the London Business School (LBS). Prior to joining the faculty at LBS, Henry was an assistant professor in the management department at Emory University where he gave the keynote address at the 2005 BBA commencement and was the recipient of the 2006 universitywide Emory Williams Distinguished Teaching Award. Henry enjoys researching all areas of organizational behavior such as decision-making, personality, and team performance. He currently serves on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Journal and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
