Kumar Neeraj Jha is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Delhi. He started his career with Larsen and Toubro Ltd as Graduate Engineer Trainee and subsequently held a number of responsible positions in the same company. He has been involved in a number of construction projects in different capacities and specializes in project management and formwork. He also taught at IIT Kanpur for a brief period. He has authored two more books: (1) Formwork for Concrete Structures and Determinants of Construction Project Success in India.
